Abe Lopez​ - Executive Chef
Born and raised in New York, Chef Abe Lopez got his first taste of the culinary world at age 16. Since then he's been devoted to mastering his craft and immersing himself in a diverse cultural and culinary scene.

When not busy winning Food Network's "Chopped," he brings his talent and expertise to Stoke where he serves as executive chef.
Dedicated and always ready for a challenge, Chef Lopez is eager to put his unique twist on Stoke's ever changing offerings.
Carlos Ureña - General Manager
Carlos helped open Stoke in 2016 and has now been Manager since 2021.

He's dabbled in all sorts of fields and uses what he has learned to bring a unique perspective to customer service.

He is upbeat and loves making guests feel welcome here at Stoke. You might see him bartending, hosting, running food or working on the computer. No matter what, he always makes time to say hi.
